To ensure that all clients can be accommodated, please be aware of the following policies: 1. Appointment Changes: • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to allow me to offer the spot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • If you are a no-show, 50% of your service will be charged, and a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future services. 3. Late Arrivals: • If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the late cancellation policy. 4. Emergencies: • I understand that life happens. If you have an emergency, please contact me directly to discuss your situation. 5.
